DPRO Refund and Return Policy
For purchases:
A full refund will be provided for return of all Dynamic Patient Scenario card sets before the intended exercise date or after this date if the exercise is cancelled and documentation of the cancellation is provided.
For rentals:
A full refund will be provided for return of all Dynamic Patient Scenario card sets before the intended exercise date or after this date only if the exercise is cancelled and documentation of the cancellation is provided.
For both purchases and rentals any lost or damaged DPSs will result in a $35.00 per item deduction from the amount refunded. If the package is returned unopened then damages will not be deducted for the refund amount.
Full refunds will be provided if the wrong scenario type is delivered.
